All services are provided for informational and consultancy purposes. Viskisepeti is not a broker, dealer, or authorized financial advisor under capital market regulations. The information does not constitute investment recommendations.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

User Obligations:

• To provide correct and complete information upon registration or when requesting a service.
• To use the services legally and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not to reproduce, distribute, or market the platform's content without our prior written consent.
• To understand that our evaluations and forecasts are based on market analysis and do not guarantee future results.

Viskisepeti Rights:

• To modify, suspend, or terminate any service or aspect of the platform, at any time, without prior notice.
• To refuse access or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• To update these Terms, with changes becoming effective upon posting on the platform.

3. Limitation of Liability

Use of our services is at your own risk. Content is provided "as is". Viskisepeti assumes no liability for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use the services.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information, analyses, or evaluations provided.
• Investment decisions made by the user based on the platform's content.
• Any interruption or technical unavailability of the platform.

The total liability of Viskisepeti under any circumstances is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

4. Financial Terms and Payments

Certain services (courses, personalized reports) may be paid. Prices are displayed in lei (RON) and include VAT, where applicable. All payments are final and non-refundable, except when the service is not delivered due to our fault. Any refund is analyzed individually and at our discretion.

5. Termination of Use

You may stop using our services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Provisions regarding limitation of liability, intellectual property, and applicable law will remain in effect after termination.
